Most orders are shipped in 1-2 business days pending credit card and address verification. Please contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order, we are not able to accommodate changes or cancellations once an order has shipped.
We currently do not ship to APO or PO boxes.
Furniture is only available for local Whittier delivery or pick-up from the store.

HAWAII & ALASKA - $15.00 per order via USPS, arrives in 5-7 business days.
UPS 2ND DAY AIR - $25.00 per order via UPS, arrives in 2 business days.
UPS NEXT DAY AIR - $35.00 per order via UPS, arrives next business day.
USPS TO CANADA - $30.00 per order via USPS, arrives in 8-12 business days*
*For Canada orders all applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. In rare instances, customs agents may delay delivery of some packages.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Merchandise in unused, saleable condition with all original tags attached may be returned within 7 days of purchase for in-store transactions, and within 7 days of having received your shipment for online orders. Merchandise must be accompanied with the original sales receipt.
Local Fixture is not responsible for return shipping costs for online orders. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
All exchanges are final, and cannot be returned or exchanged further.
EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDIT
You may exchange your item for another item or store credit within 14 days of purchase for in-store transactions, and within 14 days of having received your shipment for online orders.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL on marked down sale items, certain accessories (including jewelry, swimwear, socks, eyewear, fragrance, scarves, belts, wallets), and all homeware and kitchenware merchandise. You may only return or exchange accessories and homeware/kitchenware during the holiday season.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY REQUIREMENTS
All merchandise must be in unused, salable condition and free of any stains or damages when returned to Local Fixture with all tags still attached. Where provided, all original packaging to accompany the item—including belts, shoe boxes, eyewear cases, authenticity cards, and dust bags—must be included and returned in its original condition. Shoes that are returned with marked soles, without a box, or in a damaged box may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer. Please note: we do not offer returns or exchanges for phone orders, special orders, pre-orders, or international orders.
To return or exchange merchandise for online purchases, please email us at service[at]localfixture[dot]com with your Web Order number (WO), Invoice number, the reason for your return and if you would like a full refund, exchange or store credit.
